Everyone around you pretends they are fine
Being the one who CHOOSES TO HEAL, when everyone around you pretends they are fine…
When we stop performing, people get uncomfortable.
When we stop absorbing everyone else’s chaos, they get upset.
When we stop fixing, explaining, shrinking, or keeping the peace, we get called dramatic, lazy, or too much. We are labeled “the problem”.
When we tell the truth about the effect things are having on us…
When we NAME abuse, and crappy behavior… people will use it to make you look like the problem.
And the abusive people in your life will be the loudest of all.
Next will be the fear seeping through some, who love you dearly.
But the truth is… either way…
>>> Healing is disruptive to people still loyal to dysfunction. <<<
We become the mirror.
And mirrors aren’t always welcome in rooms built on denial…
But we do it anyways…
Not because we want them to be uncomfortable or triggered… not because it’s comfortable being the target… but because… what’s the alternative?? Lol
To pretend we don’t know how to create an extraordinary experience of life? Pretend we are ok when we aren’t? Pretend all that’s happening is ok when it’s not?
…
I’m not available for giving up my freedom for the comfort of those who choose not to do the deeper work.
It doesn’t serve anyone to play small so they can understand what I’m doing.
When I make out of the ordinary moves in my life to create joy, wealth, health or love… I expect people to criticize… because they always have. Honestly, it’s just part of it all. #human
And it’s not my work to explain it to them to appease their comfort.
It’s my job to spark truth. To show what’s possible. To align to true epic possibility and move as I feel called to move. On GOD’S timeline. Not mine, and certainly not theirs.
It’s my soul’s work to WALK MY MESSY ARSE THROUGH DAY TWO… when I can’t go back to what was but I’m not yet at the rewards of what’s coming.
I do the work.
The real work.
And it’s MESST AF.
Always has been, and people have often used that time to express their doubts and concerns.
People have used that time to blame their own lack of courage on me.
It’s predictable.
It’s inevitable… because we’re human and that’s what humans do.
It isn’t so serious, it just hurts sometimes.
It just catches us off guard sometimes because it’s so far from the truth.
It just pings our ego… our need to be right and to be liked.
Let it.
Let the ego have a meltdown and evolve.
We don’t need people to like us, we need to BE ALIGNED.
We don’t need to protect ourselves from unconsciousness and abuse… we need to be FREE. Eeeee!!!!!
That feeling of injustice?
Of being misunderstood, judged, and gossiped about?
THE FEELING OF IT? It’s the ego dying off.
Let it. ❤
What a MAJOR blessing to have that as part of the journey!
What a huge bonus!
Blessings upon blessings…
And sometimes we forget it’s a huge blessing.
Sometimes we defend ourselves or try to explain…
And then we remember how pointless that is, chuckle… sheepishly tell Creator that we forgot… AGAIN… LOL… and reset.
AGAIN.
AGAIN.
AGAIN……
Until.
