Identity: it is the strongest human personality trait that exists.
I was reminded of this today by one of my coaches.
WORK HARD, PLAY HARD …
This is what came to mind.
I’m the girl who always does what I say I will do… and if by some extreme I don’t… it’s because it’s not in alignment with my identity.
So I can make one of two choices… I can change my identity or I can change the choice I made.
I will sabotage the ‘should’ every time… and stay in alignment with who I desire to BE.
Today I found myself asking… “Do I want to be work hard play hard girl?”
OR do I desire to be the steady, stable girl?
OR do I desire to be steady, stable – work hard, play hard girl?
OR something different altogether?
I desire:
BODY – Giddy, aroused, sensual, light, ALIVE
MONEY – Magic, wealthy, high vibe, of course, endless, effortless, fun, compounding
RELATIONSHIP – Beaming, hysterical, inside scream, intertwined, ecstasy, safe
IMPACT – Celebration, creative magic, co-creating with Source, happy tears, powerful, savvy.
WILD.
COURAGEOUS.
ADVENTUROUS.
ALIVE.
AWAKE.
CURIOUSLY FREE.
EXCITED.
LIT THE F* UP.
My IDENTITY is CURIOUSLY FREE…
Freedom means… actually doing what is aligned to do… no matter who thinks what about it, no matter the social norm, no matter what we thought we wanted or where we wanted to be a year ago.
It causes curiosity because it’s conscious, liberated, and FREE. Truly FREE.
In some phases that is wild Mandy, some phases it is meditation Moong bean Mandy, some phases it’s crying, puking, and shaking healing Mandy, some phases it’s Chanel Mandy, Marine Corps Mandy, money Mandy …
None of it matters, all that actually matters is that I am aligned with FREEDOM. Right now FREEDOM.
